The Gregory – Edmonds

When fire reduced The Gregory to its foundations, the project became an opportunity to rebuild with intention. Ralph designed the full reconstruction, preserving the original egress patterns and demising wall locations as an organizing framework while comprehensively replanning all units for improved efficiency and livability. The process involved close coordination across all engineering and consulting disciplines from the ground up.
