Shanghai Children’s medical center

The Shanghai Children’s Medical Center began as a 250-bed greenfield hospital with a fully modern surgical suite, advanced diagnostic modalities, and comprehensive MEPC systems. It was the first facility of its kind in Asia and has expanded significantly in the decades since. Ralph led the NBBJ consulting team supporting Project HOPE, collaborating with one of the largest AE firms in China on what was recognized as one of the five most important projects for the Central Government. The facility was completed in under three years.
