501 Westlake

The original two-story antique mall at 501 Westlake was preserved as the base for this mixed-use vertical expansion. Three additional floors were added above the existing structure, carefully integrated to respect the character of the original building. Ralph carried the project through the full entitlements and permitting process, navigating the regulatory milestones needed to bring the design to construction.
