Kirkland Residence – Speculative

This Kirkland site called for a fresh start: the existing small cottage was removed and the property comprehensively upgraded. The design achieves a maximum-area buildout while remaining carefully scaled to the lot — fully exploiting the allowable envelope without overwhelming the site. The result captures excellent views of the water and Olympic Mountains.
