9th & Alder

The 9th & Alder Behavioral Health Tower is a concept study designed to maximize the site’s allowable envelope while accommodating the Behavioral Health program and additional Harborview Hospital functions. A clear architectural strategy emerged that supports both performance and experience, including a generous south-facing roof deck accessible to patients and staff.

Ralph led the building core planning and developed the project’s Revit model while at TGB Architects.
